The plating is durable but requires care. To preserve it, we recommend: storing the jewelry in their boxes or separate pouches, cleaning them with a soft cloth using products specifically for cleaning silver (avoiding the resin part), and alternating the use of the jewelry, avoiding wearing the same pieces all the time, to ensure longer-lasting wear.

On average it takes 5 working days for the order to be handed to the courier, depending on the model and the season, as every piece is made or finished once the order is placed, with delivery in 24-48 hours.

If you find a quality defect in the product you have received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, sending photographs and a description of the issue. We will assess the reported defect and arrange a free repair or replacement, in accordance with the 2-year legal guarantee provided by the Italian Consumer Code.

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for non-customized products. Jewelry must be intact, unworn, and returned in the original packaging.
