You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, without giving a reason. Return shipping is free and we arrange it.

Personalised products - engraved jewellery, made-to-measure pieces, CO-CREATION designs - are excluded from the right of withdrawal under art. 59, para. 1, let. c) of the Italian Consumer Code. The legal warranty on manufacturing defects still applies.

If you ordered as a guest, changed your email address or received the jewellery as a gift, use this form: it has the same legal value.

What happens next

We confirm we received itBy email, within 24 working hours.

We send you the BRT linkWithin 24-48 working hours. Do not ship anything before then.

You book the collectionTwo minutes on the BRT form: address, email, phone. You receive the QR code by email.

You prepare the parcelThe jewellery in its original box, and inside a handwritten note with your first name, surname and order number. Without it we cannot match the parcel to your return.

You drop it off within 48 hoursTake the parcel to a BRT fermopoint and show the QR from your phone: the shop prints the label. Over 10,000 points in Italy. Home collection is not available.

We refund you within 48 hoursFrom when the parcel reaches us. Your bank then takes 3-10 working days to credit it.
