TERMS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

This document governs the Terms and General Conditions of Sale (the “General Conditions”) relating to orders, product purchases, and the sharing of information between LCS S.r.l., with registered office at Via Ferrovia,12, 80040 Cercola (Na), VAT-ID: 10468071211, and the Customer who intends to order and purchase products through the site https://www.lcsaccessories.com.

These General Conditions apply from 16/02/2025 and govern any use of the site and orders placed.

1. ORDERS

1.1 General Rules

Orders can only be placed by adults for personal use and not for commercial or resale purposes. LCS S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse orders it considers fraudulent or not compliant with its sales policies.

1.2 Purchase Procedure

To place an order, the Customer must select the desired products and add them to the cart. After reviewing the order summary and entering the required shipping and payment information, the Customer confirms the purchase by pressing the “Place Order” button.

Submitting the order constitutes an offer to purchase addressed to LCS S.r.l., which reserves the right to accept or reject it.

Acceptance of the order by LCS S.r.l. will be confirmed by sending an Order Confirmation email. The sales contract is considered concluded only upon receipt of a Shipping Confirmation.

In case of non-acceptance of the order, LCS S.r.l. will refund any amounts already paid.

2. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Products sold on the site are subject to availability. In case one or more products become unavailable after the order is placed, LCS S.r.l. will promptly inform the Customer and refund the amounts paid for the unavailable products.

LCS S.r.l. reserves the right to modify the assortment of products offered on the site without notice.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

3.1 Prices

All product prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated at checkout.

LCS S.r.l. reserves the right to change prices at any time. The charged price will be the one in effect at the time of the order.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Shopify Payments
  • PayPal
  • Klarna

Payments are processed through secure platforms. LCS S.r.l. does not store payment card data.

4. SHIPMENTS

4.1 Delivery Times

Estimated shipping times are 7-10 working days from order confirmation.

Shipping times during promotions

During promotional periods, sales, or special launches, preparation and shipping times may be delayed compared to standard times.
In these cases, order fulfillment may take up to 15 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

Every order will still be processed with the usual artisanal care.

4.2 Couriers Used

Shipments are made via BRT and DHL.

LCS S.r.l. is not responsible for any delivery delays attributable to the courier or force majeure.

6. WARRANTY

6.1 Legal Warranty

All products sold by LCS S.r.l. are covered by a 2-year legal conformity warranty, pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

The warranty covers product conformity defects existing at the time of delivery.

6.2 What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Structural problems that make the product unusable for the intended purpose

6.3 What the Warranty Excludes

  • Damages caused by normal wear and tear
  • Aesthetic alterations due to time or use
  • Damages caused by negligence, impacts, contact with chemical agents, or unauthorized repairs

6.4 Commercial Warranty (3 months)

In addition to the legal warranty, LCS S.r.l. offers a free commercial warranty lasting 3 months from the purchase date, which also covers accidental damages not covered by law, such as chain or clasp breakage, except for obvious signs of misuse.

After 3 months, any repair interventions will be charged, unless the defect falls under the legal warranty.

Beyond six months from the purchase date, the product will no longer be covered by free warranty. Any repair interventions may be evaluated upon customer request but do not constitute an obligation for LCS.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION

7.1 Cancellation Request

It is possible to request the cancellation of an order only before the product is shipped.
The request must be sent in writing through our dedicated page: Support/Contacts, indicating the order number and buyer’s details.

7.2 Cancellation Penalty

The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

7.3 Non-Cancellable Orders

It is not possible to cancel an order after it has been shipped. In such cases, the return and refund conditions already indicated in the previous sections will apply.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND TRADEMARKS

All trademarks, logos, images, and content on https://www.lcsaccessories.com are the exclusive property of LCS S.r.l.. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

LCS S.r.l. is not responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of products purchased on the site, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

LCS S.r.l. is not responsible for delays, service interruptions, or site malfunctions due to external causes or force majeure.

10. SITE TERMS OF USE

10.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the site, the user agrees to comply with the following rules of use.

10.2 Changes

LCS S.r.l. reserves the right to modify these General Conditions at any time.

10.3 Prohibited Content

It is prohibited to:

  • Making fraudulent purchases
  • Manipulating the site or attempting to access confidential data
  • Posting offensive or illegal content

10.4 Viruses and Security

Users must take protective measures to avoid viruses or cyber attacks while browsing.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These General Conditions are governed by Italian law.

In case of disputes, the competent court is the Court of Naples, unless otherwise provided by law.
