GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

This document sets out the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “General Conditions”) governing orders, product purchases and the sharing of information between LCS S.r.l., with registered office at Via Ferrovia, 12, 80040 Cercola (Na), VAT no./Tax code: 10468071211, and the Customer who intends to order and purchase products through the website https://www.lcsaccessories.com.

These General Conditions apply from 16/02/2025 and govern any use of the website and any orders placed.

1. ORDERS

1.1 General Rules

Orders may be placed only by persons of legal age, for personal use and not for commercial or resale purposes. LCS S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse orders it deems fraudulent or not compliant with its sales policies.

1.2 Purchase Procedure

To place an order, the Customer must select the desired products and add them to the basket. After checking the order summary and entering the details required for shipping and payment, the Customer confirms the purchase by pressing the “Place order” button.

Submitting the order constitutes an offer to purchase addressed to LCS S.r.l., which reserves the right to accept or refuse it.

Acceptance of the order by LCS S.r.l. will be confirmed by sending an Order Confirmation e-mail. The sales contract is deemed concluded only upon receipt of a Shipping Confirmation.

Should the order not be accepted, LCS S.r.l. will refund any sums already paid.

2. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

The products sold on the website are subject to availability. Should one or more products be unavailable after the order has been submitted, LCS S.r.l. will inform the Customer promptly and refund the sums paid for the unavailable products.

LCS S.r.l. reserves the right to modify the range of products offered on the website without notice.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

3.1 Prices

All product prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated at checkout.

LCS S.r.l. reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the one in force at the time of the order.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Shopify Payments
  • PayPal
  • Klarna

Payments are processed through secure platforms. LCS S.r.l. does not store payment card details.

4. SHIPPING

4.1 Delivery Times

The estimated time for handover to the courier is 5 working days from the order confirmation, with delivery within 24-48 hours.

Shipping times during promotions

During promotional periods, sales or special launches, preparation and shipping times may be longer than usual.
In such cases, shipping of the order may take up to 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), with delivery within 24-48 hours.

Every order will nonetheless be handled with our usual artisanal care.

4.2 Couriers Used

Shipments are made via BRT, DHL and LICCARDI.

LCS S.r.l. is not liable for any delivery delays attributable to the courier or to force majeure.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

6. WARRANTY

6.1 Legal Warranty

All products sold by LCS S.r.l. are covered by a 2-year legal warranty of conformity, pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

The warranty covers defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery.

6.2 What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Structural issues making the product unusable for its intended purpose

6.3 What the Warranty Excludes

  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear
  • Aesthetic changes due to time or use
  • Damage caused by negligence, impacts, contact with chemical agents or unauthorised repairs

Should the products received by the user not correspond to those ordered, or should the order be incomplete or damaged during transport, the user must contact Customer Care to report the issue within 48 hours of delivery of the products. In the absence of any communication within the aforementioned 48-hour period, the delivery will be deemed conforming.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION

7.1 Cancellation Request

An order may be cancelled only before the product has been shipped.
The request must be sent in writing via our dedicated page: Support/Contact, stating the order number and the purchaser's details.

7.2 Cancellation Fee

The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

7.3 Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. In such cases, the returns and refunds conditions set out in the previous sections will apply.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND TRADEMARKS

All trademarks, logos, images and content on https://www.lcsaccessories.com are the exclusive property of LCS S.r.l.. Use without written authorisation is prohibited.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

LCS S.r.l. is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of products purchased on the website, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

LCS S.r.l. is not liable for delays, service interruptions or website malfunctions due to external causes or force majeure.

10. TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE

10.1 Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing the website, the user agrees to comply with the following rules of use.

10.2 Amendments

LCS S.r.l. reserves the right to amend these General Conditions at any time.

10.3 Prohibited Content

The following is prohibited:

  • Making fraudulent purchases
  • Tampering with the website or attempting to access confidential data
  • Publishing offensive or unlawful content

10.4 Viruses and Security

Users must adopt protective measures to avoid viruses or cyber attacks while browsing.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These General Conditions are governed by Italian law.

In the event of disputes, the competent court is the Court of Naples, unless otherwise provided by law.
