Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (Non-Personalized Products Only)
In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code, customers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written request must be sent to:

LCS will confirm receipt of the request and provide return instructions.
2. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal (Personalized Products)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, including, but not limited to:

engraved jewelry
-
items made to specific customer requests
-
products containing unique natural elements (flowers, pigments, handcrafted variable compositions)
These items are legally excluded from returns pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.
3. General Return Conditions (Non-Personalized Products)
To be eligible for a refund, the product must:

be returned in the same condition in which it was received
-
show no signs of use
-
include original packaging, accessories, and components
-
be properly packaged to prevent damage during transport
LCS reserves the right to apply a proportional reduction of the refund if the product shows a decrease in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and functionality, in accordance with Article 57 of the Italian Consumer Code.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping is entirely at the customer’s expense, both in terms of cost and organization.
LCS does not arrange pickups for returns not due to product defects.

5. Return Procedure

2. Package Preparation
Include inside the package:

3. Courier Selection
We recommend BRT for reliability and tracking.
If a different courier is used, LCS is not responsible for:

delays
-
storage issues

lost shipments

5. Quality Inspection
Upon receipt, LCS will conduct a quality check to verify:

product integrity

signs of use or damage

presence of original components
6. Refund
If the product is compliant, LCS will issue a refund within 14 calendar days from receipt of the return.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used by the customer.
Refund reductions may apply only in the following cases:

damaged product
-
used product
-
missing essential components or packaging
-
clear signs of wear
(These reductions comply with Article 57 of the Italian Consumer Code.)
Not refundable:

return shipping costs
-
additional costs for express shipping chosen by the customer (only standard shipping is refundable)
7. Handmade Products – Natural Variations
Our handcrafted jewelry may show variations in:

color
-
size
-
arrangement of flowers or natural elements
These variations are not defects, but part of the product’s uniqueness.
8. Exchanges
LCS does not offer direct exchanges.
Customers must return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Upon request, a discount code equal to the value of the returned products may be issued.
9. European & International Returns
Return shipping costs from outside Italy are entirely the customer’s responsibility.
LCS does not deduct additional fees from refunds, in compliance with EU withdrawal regulations.
10. Defective Products – Repair or Replacement
If a product has a verified manufacturing defect (not caused by improper use):

LCS will arrange free pickup

the product will be repaired or replaced
-
the item will be returned to the customer at no additional cost
Indicative timelines:

Pickup: within 5 business days
-
Repair: within 3 business days
-
Return shipment: within 2 business days
Total: approximately 10 business days
If the defect is not confirmed, pickup and return shipping will be charged to the customer.
